Friday, Sept. 17, 6:00-9:00 pm, Cahaba Pumping Station (4012 Sicard Hollow Road, Birmingham 35243)  Kundalini and Kirtan.  Akasha and Bhakti Messenger, a kirtan band from Atlanta, combine yoga asana and India's devotional music (kirtan) to launch our celebration.  A silent auction featuring hand-crafted jewelry, clothing, art, yoga and spa packages will be held between 6:00-6:45.  Bring your mat and a pillow or cushion to sit on! 
  2. Saturday, Sept. 18, 8:30-10:00 am, Vulcan Park (atop Red Mountain),  Global Mala 108 Sun Salutations Bring your mat and soak in the view, the music and the vibes as yoga devotees join together to practice for peace.
  3. Sunday, Sept. 19.  Play in different studios across town with your favorite teachers as we present Birmingham's first ever Yoga Crawl.   Please register for each class that you plan to attend through this site as space varies with each studio.  Remember you get to set your donation amount for each session.  Attend as many or all, as space allows!

Finally, on  Monday, Sept. 20, 5:30-7:00 pm  Yoga Under the Earth Harp at Alys Stephens Center with MASS Ensemble.  Bring your mat and celebrate a vibration-infused yoga class led by one of the performers  with the MASS Ensemble.  RSVP for this special free event (the Earth Harp yoga workshop) to secure your space: jesssimpson@uab.edu
